Burners

We design and manufacture kiln main burners or calciner burners, both as new units or as spares for existing machinery, complete with all the accessories and systems necessary for their operation.

Our burners feature the ability to work simultaneously with different types of fuel: heavy oil, gas, coal, or plastics/refuse (defined as fluff). They are built with special materials and wear-resistant coatings depending on the fuels used.

Sintered alumina protections, special chromium or tungsten carbide overlays combined with special refractory steels—cast or centrifuged and machined with 5-axis machine tools—ensure increased combustion performance and years of operation without extraordinary maintenance.
